1. Introduction

Orbit ("the App") is developed by Noah Yildiz. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Orbit.

2. Data We Collect

We collect personal data that you provide directly (e.g., contact names, notes, reminders). We also collect device-related data and analytics for app improvement. We do NOT collect payment data directly (payments are handled by Apple) and we DO NOT sell your personal information.

3. iCloud / CloudKit

Orbit uses Apple's CloudKit for synchronization. Data stored in iCloud is subject to Apple's privacy practices. Your contact data, reminders and interactions are stored in your iCloud account and synced across your devices.

4. Notifications

With your consent, Orbit schedules local notifications for reminders and birthdays. Notifications are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

5. Usage Analytics

We may collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the app. Analytics do not contain personal contact content.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained in your iCloud account and on your devices. If you delete the app and choose to remove data from iCloud, it will be deleted from our records.

7. Third Parties

We use Apple services (CloudKit, App Store) for core functionality. We may use third-party analytics providers in aggregated form. We do not share personal contact content with third parties.
