2. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Orbit, you agree to these Terms of Use. Update the centralized company data and any jurisdiction-specific legal wording before publishing the final version.
3. Service Description
Orbit is a personal relationship management app that helps users organize contacts, reminders, interactions, and related information. Features may change over time as the product evolves.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter into Orbit and for using the service lawfully.
You must not misuse Orbit, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate the rights of others.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Orbit may offer free and paid features, including subscription-based access to premium functionality.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled through Apple's App Store according to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Orbit at any time, including features, pricing, or supported platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of Orbit is also governed by the Orbit Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how data is processed, including optional Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics if you opt in.
8. Intellectual Property
Orbit, including its branding, interface, text, graphics, and software, is owned by the provider or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
9. Disclaimer
Orbit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Replace this section with legally reviewed language suitable for your jurisdiction before launch.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of Orbit. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using Orbit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse.
